Very good training and learnt more from this trainer (Sophie) than I have done in any previous years.
Really engaging and well facilitated. Had lots of BLS before and previously has been a bit dull/hard to remember. I feel confident I’ll remember the steps of BLS and feel more confident about if I needed it
