The trainer did a great job by explaining, giving examples and allowing participants to exchange ideas by creating groups which assisted in making the main topic and sub topics simple. The topic of discussion was well covered.

The trainer was engaging throughout the training. However, the zoom played up few times but it might be on my side probably due to the WiFi dropping at times. Overall I enjoyed and learnt new things about Safeguarding Children and adults.

I totally enjoyed the class,happy to be part of it. it gave me more insight on safeguardingh children.
