brillant trainer was such a good course couldnt fault anything .

Jackie was able to get the group to interact well although some were more reticent in speaking out. Overall, I found the day very interesting and I learned a few more things which I did not know about. Jackie is an excellent trainer.

thankyou so much Jackie the trainer for the amazing session. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot of about child safeguarding ,like the different types of abuse .i feel much more confident and ready to apply this in my role.
