Good, insightful course which really makes you reflect on your practice and how you view safety in a business context. Helpful assessment which will be used in practice.
Course was detailed with lots of relevant examples and good case studies to work through. Definitely give me a lot to think about going forward.
The course covers the key principles of safety leadership and risk management in a structured and practical way. The content is relevant for leaders and can be applied in day-to-day business activities. While the overall quality is good, some sections could be more concise and streamlined to reduce repetition and improve efficiency for experienced managers.
Only negative, the online course crashed a number of times, restart the Module which was time consuming.
