The course was easy to follow and understand. I liked that I could start and stop the course when needed. I have completed several manual handling courses over my career and this has been the most thorough.

Ok however both myself and another colleague had issues accessing the practical assessment guidelines before submitting our practical for assessment - this was then emailed to us instead
