Trainer Jack was absolutely amazing. He engaged with us well keeping us hooked rather than reading just off a board, actually asked our opinion and gave real world knowledge in order to help us understand.

Jack is a great trainer, you could tell had a lot of theory knowledge but has also worked in fields where PBS is used. I feel like i understand more about pbs than i did previously despite working in roles where its used regularly. Would reccomend!
