Keith was an excellent trainer, however the content of the course was a more in-depth than my knowledge base allowed. This was due to my level of previous knowledge, not keith's training! Have learnt lots over the last two days about decontamination. Thanks Keith!

Learning more in depth about the washer disinfectors was interesting, and knowing how to limit user error from test results. Keith made the sessions interesting also, as it can be hard to go through a whole day of going over a powerpoint.
Luke Mason was very imformative in providing us with all of the information we required for completing this course and test. Luke is very knowledgble and made the course enjoyable to attend
