Overall, I enjoyed the course and I thought that Ruth used helpful examples from her own project management experience to help explain the different topics covered.

Parallel Training went above and beyond in allowing me to switch courses at very short notice and helped in talking me through which course was most suitable. This was very much appreciated, the staff i spoke were a credit to Parallel Training and the organisation ethos shone through. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was definitely the right one to have taken. The two tutors were great presenters and clearly presented and talked through the syllabus.

The trainer was excellent, and delivered the course very much in line with the materials whilst being personable, engaging and knowledgeable. She was particularly good at responding to questions and allowing time for this. My main criticism of the course (NOT of the trainer) is that was it too exam focused. For me the exam is a bonus to demonstrate the learning - worth having, but not the main point in itself and not the main thing my employer was paying for. I could probably get 60% on the test with an hour's study, learning by rote, whilst having little understanding of to apply it. What I really wanted was to understand how the tools could be useful practically. We covered *some* of that, but we were always focused on the exam as the end goal with more emphasis on how we could pass an exam about x concept than how we could you concept x in practice. As stated though it was still an enjoyable and useful course - this criticism is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. Just to also emphasise that the trainer was 5* throughout.

Good course and very comprehensive. Too much information to digest everything in two days including an exam. Some areas felt a little rushed. Classroom debates caused confusion at some points. Classroom was too small and not enough desk space
