Overall the training was educative, energetic and excellently executed by both tutors. They were exceptionally professional and that made the learning easier.

I recently completed a three-day PMVA training with the Health and Safety Group. It was a practical and informative course focused on recognising and managing challenging behaviour safely and professionally. I learned key de-escalation techniques, personal safety strategies, and safe physical interventions. I now feel more confident in assessing risks, responding calmly under pressure, and helping maintain a safer environment for both staff and service users.
