The course was excellent, very well delivered by Lynne. All sessions were interactive, and my favourite part was that there was a range of managers/directors from across the business. Some of the literature was outdated but it didn't matter to much as Lynne corrected as course was being undertaken.
The tutor was very informative and could relate to real life situations. Very very helpful towards understanding the content.
