Great course, great teacher, turned a negative subject into a positive

It was an amazing session I really enjoyed it. It really helped me a lot and now I can share with my team what I took from today.

I arrived 20 minutes late but the facilitator made sure I didn’t miss anything, she was very knowledgeable and did a great job in delivering the course. Super star

Y-K P was great. She was really personable and made it very easy to relax and get involved in tasks and conversations that are usually quite daunting

Overall everything was just perfect, enjoyed the time and learned something new and different, KP made it very easier to understand and explained everything in detail also gave us all the answer of the questions, Team was great and some amazing people around.

YKP was brilliant . Sessions were engaging and interactive. Lot of examples and scenarios shared to prep us for furture conversations .

Fantastic session, really provided me with the confidence I needed especially given the current situation I find myself in. This would be a great session to book for our first assistant meetings as I feel they too would gain a lot of support from this session.
