A fantastic, well paced course delivered by a knowledgeable and personable trainer. I am looking forward to completing more courses with The Training Hut.
Lou was very informative and had a lot to add to her presentation ad hoc and relayed and listened to plenty of anecdotes. And resources she used.
Theory was a bit condensed but the course was great.
Another very good session. I was a little apprehensive going into the role play but in the end it was a good way to reflect on the situation and get feedback from others

Excellent course and the trainer was superb and covered so much during such a short time period. Very informative and I have definitely picked up some new techniques to support my approach to difficult conversations in the future
