Another great course from Louise, I learn so much and feel it makes a genuine contribution to my management skills which I then apply to my role.

As my first training session over the 4 days were amazing and very impactful. I've learnt a lot over this course. Thank you so much

I enjoyed days 3and 4 and learn so much about conversations how to communicate and achieve the best results. I learn the language that we use is more important than just saying things just to be said. Louise was amazing, kept us engaged throughout the whole course.

Favourite part was the actor engagement where I feel there was the biggest take away on engagement, the emotional intelligence questionnaire also highlighted to me I need to develop my relationship management which I intend to do in my approach with my immediate team and wider asset area engagement.

Overall, Lou delivered the training very well and the role plays and feedbacks were very useful in our roles as leaders

Some sections where we split off into groups to review, could do with a briefing on the page just to give clarity and stay on focus when we split up.
