Really happy about course, it really helps me to boost my confidence to come back to work.
Rhyan and Billy were great tutors that introduced a lot of their experience as context for the theory side. I can tell they're very passionate about teaching. The National Careers CV visit was also incredibly helpful for a lot of the students here and introduced a lot of context behind the ways employers think. The venue is a nice and tidy place, but it would have been nice if they had a food-sale point as the nearest shops are too far to visit at break. It was really nice to provide free coffee and tea tho. Overall, it was a nice course and I can tell a lot of consideration was put into it.
I would like to thank Billy and rhyan for their support and feedback on how to improve thus really helped build confidence in the answers i provided.

Jodie was very help with with assisting rhyan while he was training us, rhyan explained everything clearly and allowed time for questions and didn’t rush anyone that was struggling to understand a task The only complaint I have about the experience is the way it was advertised on indeed was as an actual job and not a training course
2 weeks was alot l want to get into to work ASAP! Jodie has helped me throughout the course and she is very good.
Overall it was a really great experience allowing me to add something very useful to my cv , making me feel more confident in finding and returning back to work. Thanks to my trainer / tutor Jodie Owen.
Cheers guys you smashed it, very thankful for all the help, I can’t wait to start working and I’ll remember where I started. Billy was really switched on helpful and kind, the girls in the office were nice and caring.
The two courses I did were thorough but not overwhelming with plenty of information and knowledge gained. I feel more ready to work in confidence in the logistics or warehouse setting
I've enjoy and learn a lot about warehouse procedures, all the interaction, the practical exercises.
