Course was very good Billy was very clear and helping if and when needed was also very friendly

Overall I belive this course has done me well getting me prepared for warehouse work and another work I feel more confident in my knowledge of saftey and law and billy was class

The course was very easily laid out to us and the staff involved Billy and Abigail were very helpful at every stage and provided me with anything i needed it was a pleasure having Billy teach me.

Billy and Jodie were very supportive in helping me when I was struggling very well done to billy for his patience as this group was abit much at times

Jodie wwas extremely helpful and polite, Billy has a high level of patience and professionalism which made learning exciting and engaging. Some of the people learning, however, were disruptive and often ignored the trainers entirely. A bit of stern attitude towards these people could help.

I’m really thankful, Bill and Jodie have tremendously improved my understanding of how industrial works and how to prepare for it.
