The course was well-structured and covered everything needed for the role. I enjoyed the mix of practical activities and theory. Overall, I really enjoyed the SIA course. It was a great mix of hands-on learning and useful info that I know I’ll actually use on the job. One of the best parts was the trainer – they made everything easy to understand, kept things engaging, and really knew their stuff. You could tell they had real experience, and they took the time to make sure everyone was confident before moving on. It made a big difference and definitely helped me get the most out of it.
