Very informative. Great explanation of the topics. Plenty of theory turned into practical.
Everything was explain very thoroughly and explained it ways which were relevant to our work environments.
John was a great tutor. This is the second course with him and would definitely attend more courses that he teaches. I would have liked a bit more focus on fault finding. But overall a great course
