AI summary of reviews

The course’s strongest feature is its inclusive, supportive teaching: attendees say knowledgeable, patient trainers make complex SEND themes accessible through clear explanations, practical examples, case studies, group discussions and activities. They value the well-organised sessions, approachable guidance, easy-to-follow workbooks and opportunities to participate at a comfortable pace. The learning strengthens confidence and provides useful strategies for supporting children and families with SEND at work and in everyday life, although some find questions repetitive.

I would like to sincerely thank our teacher Usma and everyone behind this course for giving us this wonderful opportunity. I have learned so much, and I truly appreciated the friendly and supportive atmosphere. I also hope the next level will be available here in Halifax, as I would love to continue learning with the same team. Thank you all for your hard work and support.

Jo White is such a beautiful diverse person who facilitates with a great inclusive manner. I was worried when i walked in a room full of laptops, as its my first course on them. Jo made it extremely understanding throughout with all extra support needed as and when. Jo also has a nice friendly banter way to engage with all students but shows boundaries too that are needed aswel as compassion too. The course on the laptop was a worry to me but i absoloutley enjoyed every minute and learnt alot about myself and the use on laptop when it comes to work.
