The course’s strongest feature is its inclusive, supportive teaching: attendees say knowledgeable, patient trainers make complex SEND themes accessible through clear explanations, practical examples, case studies, group discussions and activities. They value the well-organised sessions, approachable guidance, easy-to-follow workbooks and opportunities to participate at a comfortable pace. The learning strengthens confidence and provides useful strategies for supporting children and families with SEND at work and in everyday life, although some find questions repetitive.

Great course, you learn alot. Adam the trainer is brilliant at his job and takes time you teach you and answers all questions asked. He's friendly and caring. The location center 63 is brilliant but being in the basement room isn't great. It's cold and we don't have boards or anything to look at or able to write on for group work.

The course was super informative and has helped me feel way more confident in the knowledge I hold around SEN and the Tutor (Wayne) made extra effort to keep everyone feeling actively involved in the sessions as well as offering all sorts of valuable knowledge he has picked up through his own career and finally was very focused on making a diverse class aware of respecting individual differences.

The tutor was very knowledgeable in the subjects being delivered and got all her points across clearly for everyone. Made sessions very inclusive for everyone to feel comfortable to join in and actively participate. She delivered her sessions in a positive way and kept everyone engaged and encouraged us continuously. She had a very positive attitude and bubbly personality. Thoroughly enjoyed having her as a tutor.
