Overall, I thought the course was very well presented. The Hospitality I received on the day was lovely, and everyone was very welcoming. I believe the course answered questions that I have been unsure of. the PowerPoint was well laid out and wasn't over flowing with information which made it easy to follow.

This training was very good. The trainer engaged with us through out the day and answered any questions very thoroughly. He had extensive knowledge in everything to do with Reception/Customer service and was very confident in what he was saying.

I thought the one to one format helped me learn more. It gave the course a more focused feel. The trainer showed me my bad habits and helped me to develop better ones.
