1. Consider a separate paediatric tracheostomy course. 2. Think you need less about ventilation in the day. 3. Lecturer was v knowledgeable but could be more ruthless bringing the participants back on topic which did lose some time

It would be helpful if proper tracheostomy tubes are provided for all the manikins used for the practicals. Only one manikin out of three had a proper tracheostomy tube in, the other two had ET tubes. There was also no suction machine to practice suctioning with. We were informed the machine was broken. Sue has excellent teaching skills however having the right equipment for the practicals would be more beneficial to the trainees especially those who have no experience. That is the reason for the four stars.
