Absolutely fantastic, Jodie was great and took time in helping us so we understand things
I’ve been apart of Jodie’s group and think she’s been brilliant and also meeting new people
I liked the teaching style most because it was clear, engaging, and made the topics easy to understand through good examples and interaction
This was a really useful and well‑structured course. It has given me valuable knowledge and practical skills that I can use straight away in a customer‑facing or warehouse role. I feel much more prepared to start work now, and would recommend it to others.
