What a fantastic couple of days. Even in the hot conditions I felt it was a well delivered couple of sessions with lots of good information provided.

The session was engaging and practical, and it helped link theory to real assessing situations. I now feel more confident in understanding how to judge competence, particularly around having enough evidence and not relying on a single performance. It will support me when carrying out observations and professional discussions in practice. Ben is really helpful and easy to talk to, I look forward to apprenticeship days.

This was a really helpful session today and I feel like I learnt lots. I feel that I have really explored todays learning at a much deeper level than I have up to now and my head feels full!
