I’m really pleased with some of your honest feedback around the fact we didn’t know about a change - the chaos that ensued I have been in financial services for around 35 years a lot of it with marge organisations with very structured training but did enjoy the day

The course was very fun and interactive and I have learnt a few things. I like the mux between theory and practising through exercise. I also like the fact that everyone has a role during the training, that makes us feel like we belong.

Great energy through the day. Nice to see what works and what doesn’t in a team environment.
