The trainer need to treat every trainee with dignity regardless of their experience or ability especially when demonstrating or discussing practical situations.Trainees should be allowed to practice without fear of embarrassment. I felt that the trainer,s interaction with some trainees were unnecessarily rude and at times embarrassing. Some comments appeared to undermine some trainees confidence and created an uncomfortable learning environment. I would recommend that future sessions place greater emphasis on respectful communication, constructive correction and maintaining the dignity of all trainees.

Training practical was well demonstrated, risks of injury were assessed and managed properly through every demonstration, language was clear and direct , and trainer Paul and John used detail and practical examples to ease understanding.
