It was informative and very engaging
I really enjoyed the training and I feel more confident in going back and implementing most of the things I have learnt
Venue was nice and clean and easy to find, training was specific and engaging and well planned out. Trainer was knowledgeable and confident in her delivery. Also really appreciated the shared tools/documents to take home

It was a very good training, and I gained a sound knowledge of about care planning according to person-centred care, as well as how to set appropriate outcomes.
This training gave me lots of motivation and confidence to initiate writing of care plans of my residents, and same time it inspired me to think of myself as well. It was nice time and she presented the training in nice way, where I found very much interesting.
The course is very important and I find it as very helpful to starting to write on care plans. Andrea explained everything very clearly and well understood. She has discussed with us and gave us a chance to discuss our concerns and opinion.
Andrea is lovely and we do not know how fast time was gone. So interesting and helpful. I obtained a lot regarding care plans, respect forms, person centered care etc. She did activities with us and time was not boring with her.
Loved the course. The building would Benefit from a Drinks vending machine (please)
