I think Ross is phenomenal in his approach and his ability to help take you on a journey of change! I think the teachings from this session will really help me go the extra mile in my role but also push myself even more to reach the heights I wish to reach both with the team and personally.

In person sessions held away from the office has been really beneficial. It allows us to focus on the day and not get distracted by other day to day work. My only comment which I raised at our final day was to have a briefing about the requirements of the first assignment. The two sessions we had by Claire about the other two assignments were really thorough and laid out the expectations. If we had this for the first one, I think it would have not have been so daunting and, for me personally, I would have felt more confident completing it. My other suggestion which I made on the last day, was for us to mentor/coach the new intake on the course. It would be beneficial for us in developing our skills and also beneficial to the new starters as we can support them with the assignments. Overall, I really enjoyed the course and have found it really beneficial. Thanks for all of your support and continued support I need with my assignments!
