LINCA organisation was faultless. Always disappointed to see so many badges still not claimed (people book but do not turn up). How can this be stopped? Charge no-shows?

Enjoyable day and a great boon that this is offered by LINCA every year. LINCA do a fantastic job overall and are important influencers in the world of social care.
