I felt the course was more suited at care worker level not management level. I didn’t feel I learnt anything new.

Course better suited at care worker level. I’m not sure we have equipped people to deal with any disclosures made to them. Or how they would reassure of encourage people to speak out about abuse concerns

I thoroughly enjoyed both days, I learned a lot and got a lot out of it. I have the confidents, new knowledge and skills to cascade it to my colleagues. Thank you so much for the opportunity to become a Safeguarding Ambassador.
