The trainer has a clear knowledge of the course It was an interactive session. I would definitely recommend this course to everyone.

Hit home importance of safeguarding and the different levels of referalls I would appreciate course providers talk to the people running the day to find out exactly what time it will finish. Though it may seem like a treat to finish early bare in mind course attendees may have cancelled work to be there and even half an hour can make a difference.
