The flow of the session, keeps you engaged and interested, the teacher has a lot of knowledge that seems to come naturally, they always consider everyone else's views and doing break away group activities i feel keeps you engaged and brings everyone's knowledge and experiences together which is useful when you your sharing ideas and can take it back to your own setting

i felt included in the group session as the teacher refers back to the person who contributed towards the answer, makes you feel valued. The teacher seems to have a pool of knowledge when talking as they refer to theorists during the course that seem to come naturally to them. They have timed their session very well, leaving room for group discussions, group activities and they come back to people when they have shared something previously that may relate to a discussion later on, bringing that person into the discussion. They ask the person to explain their answers for others, giving them the chance to lead and not doing it for them, i feel this is very empowering and promoting self worth. overall i feel this course is very inclusive, supporting and well managed.

The teacher was well prepared, they gave everyone a chance to speak, provided oppourtunities for break out groups to work together and this engaged us as a team and supported our learning our learning through working together and processing the information provided within this group activity. When sharing your own personal thoughts and experiences, the teacher is patient and values your comments and views and during the session they relate back to your comments, which i feel values us and gives us pride and self worth when joining in with the session
