Tara is always very well prepared and informative. able to make lots of notes.

Enjoying the course, there is a lot of information to retain. |Maybe a bit more feedback on task completed and sent in would be helpful for me.

I am learning more things about working with babies and children and so far the course is going very well. The personal experience of the trainer helps me understand the topics more and gives me a different perspective about stepping into early years.

Very helpful session in learning how to prepare for difficult conversations and the importance of giving each person time to reframe their thinking before going into the conversation. Also to try and remember to listen with our eyes as well as our ears during conversations to achieve the best possible outcome.

Another great session and no issues. Great experience 5th week into course.
