Early Years Skills Bootcamp Reviews

The session has given me the opportunity to reflect on my own practice and knowledge, during the session and also with a work sheet to complete. The work sheet will not only help myself but other staff in the setting. The teacher shows confidence in what they are saying, as during the session they easily bring up legislation's and Acts, that link to their statement's, this gives me confidence in the course, as during the session's they always talk about keeping your self up to date, and it goes to show that regular reading and training can help you maintain the knowledge that you have learnt. During my session, i feel valued and listened to, i feel appreciated for the participation i put in and i always feel welcomed.

The teacher was very well prepared, they expressed knowledge during the session as they referred to guidances, such as EYFS, 0-5, birth matters. The teacher provided a fun way of learning, through cae studies and breakout rooms. They always left room for discussion, valuing and commenting on what we said.

It was a good session

The teacher always meets my personal needs, even within a large group. I feel that i am valued as an individual. My needs are meet with privacy and i am reassured about having the support there if i need anything else. This course is giving me a better insight to my role at work and how the sessions are planned are always full of helpful tips, information and the teacher gets people involved in a calm, relaxed and inclusive way. I am expanding on my knowledge within each session.

The flow of the session, keeps you engaged and interested, the teacher has a lot of knowledge that seems to come naturally, they always consider everyone else's views and doing break away group activities i feel keeps you engaged and brings everyone's knowledge and experiences together which is useful when you your sharing ideas and can take it back to your own setting
