It made me feel more confident to support someone I suspect of having suicidal thoughts, even if they aren't close to me. I felt it helped me deal with past experience well and gave me reassurance I acted well in situations I've faced

Really good. Its breaking down stigma's. Like women have made talking about menopause is now more accepted. Mens health should also be. This helps.

Single most memorable and important thing is to specifically and directly ask the person if they are thinking about suicide.

The reason for the last question receiving 2 stars is because having carried out the MHFA I think that there is quite a bit of duplication so not sure if both would be required. However the MH Awareness would gain a lot from the Suicide Prevention course.
