Good

It was an amazing experience.

Training was quite great apart from not having the practical aspect of meditation administration and management which was very much needed.However the theory aspect taken through was great and trainer was very good in explaining topics giving me a better understanding and making me acquire additional knowledge.

Good demonstrations were done .however calculations needed more time probably a day so as to learn them more.
