Natalie has been a great trainer for this course, providing different emergency scenarios and allowing questions and time to practice on the manikins.
My second ILS course. First one was with resuscitation council which was top notch as expected. However this one was better, more informative and great. I enjoyed it way more then I expected. Our trainer (previous paramedic) was exceptional.
