Really amazing trainer! Kevin exuded knowledge in such depth and understanding that it was plain for all to see his excellence. This was the most informative training day that I have ever received over the last 10 years. I truly feel that the knowledge and understanding presented to us all will stay with us because of this.

Informative course. Poor venue, poor refreshments.

However, there was no provision of snacks.

Very cold no heating on not appropriate for learning

No heating and would not provide extra hot water

Venue is cold

Venue was cold. The warm drink provision was poor. As it is an all day training, we all thought that a warm drink should have been provided, in the afternoon as well, not just in the morning.
