I love the course , learnt a lot of new skills and techniques . Trainer is very friendly , takes his time and ensures each person understands , allows questions . Overall the course is excellent .

The course was quite elaborate & educational. The tutor Angie was very good & experienced. I really gained a lot of knowledge.

Excellent opportunity especially as a newly qualified nurse I was nervous about bloods but now I feel confident and prepared.

Availability of tea/ coffee on arrival would have been welcome
