Venepuncture (Phlebotomy) and Cannulation Training Reviews

The trainer (Matt) was fantastic. He made the course simple and was very patient with us during the practical sessions. I would recommend the course especially if Matt is the trainer. There were some areas that HSG could improve on including the provision of tables in the venue for the theoretical part of the training. Also some equipment was missing (for the canulation training) and Matt had to make do. Additionally, HSG only provided 1 batch of tea/coffee and we soon ran out of hot water. It would have been nice to have more hot water especially for a day long training. Other than these, It was an enlightening session and many thanks to the trainer and HSG.
