I really enjoyed this course! I was completely new to venepuncture and cannulation and learnt loads. I was nervous and Karen really helped me settle down and feel confident in my abilities. We were able to discuss real life scenarios that were engaging to me as it makes the knowledge easy to understand and relate to. I felt very engaged and comfortable with the group as there were 7 of us and we collaborated on many of the topics and extra tasks set. I would definitely do another course in the future!! 10/10

I enjoyed my venepuncture and cannulation training day. The trainer was well informed and gave us the right techniques, guidance and advice to presume our career paths.
Overall, great, very informative. Maybe too much time spent on general ethics in comparison to technique slides - but otherwise gained everything I needed. Good stuff.
