I really enjoyed the course, and learned a lot!
This refresh of my knowledge and skills was extremely useful.

The in-person day of training was stressful but really interesting and informative. It gave us lots of things to improve on and has built up our confidence in relation to dealing with hearings in the future.
Very helpful. Covered a wide range and the role play was invaluable.
