It was a great couple of days and will serve extremely useful in a court setting should the opportunity ever arise.

Really enjoyed the course. I had absolutely no experience of court room experience, it has given me alot more of an insight into court room proceedings

This is my second time to do such a course over my career, and both times have been extremely worthwhile. We will definitely take on information learned and use it in our day to day work. The report writing and courtroom skills sections are both extremely worthwhile and valuable to our profession.

Very good course. Very detailed and to the point. The mix of theory and participating activities made the course much more engaging than if just fully theory. The instructors knowledge and background helped to relate court activities to my professional role.

This course was very interesting and well presented by Ian . He was very engaging throughout and had a great knowledge of food related legislation. For anyone that may have to appear in court to give evidence it is most certainly very beneficial. The experience of being cross examined, although challenging ,was very beneficial and highlighted issues and weaknesses in report writing/evidence presentation. Enjoyable from start to finish.....
