Trainer had very good knowledge of food law which was very beneficial to participants

Found the course interesting. I would of enjoyed it more, If I was not anxious about the cross examination. However, Ian did his best to put our minds at ease.
Excellent course Practical side tough (cross examination), but very useful learning tool
This is my second time to do such a course over my career, and both times have been extremely worthwhile. We will definitely take on information learned and use it in our day to day work. The report writing and courtroom skills sections are both extremely worthwhile and valuable to our profession.
