as a person who is not very computer confident I found the course a little difficult to navigate around . and had only noticed certain important information after id already moved on {such as down loading manuscripts and certificates etc} . however I did find the coarse easily accessible at home that was a positive. And the content of the coarse was very educational too . the only improvement in my view is to make the coarse a little more user friendly for I.T avoiding dinosaur's like myself .

I think this course would advance if there was more visual engagement and stimuli. this will help with the involvement.

Started the course without any specific personal aim (other than to complete and review). I have found the course more engaging as it proceeded, and was initially surprised at how little content was offered before taking an assessment! Would definitely advise people to watch the videos more than once, especially if there isn't a transcript to print out for additional use. Some of the questions weren't clear enough, or found that the correct answers hadn't been clearly offered in the preceding video/transcript. Overall I believe this course could be completed by any member of the CSSD team, after a fresh review of the question wording and available answers.

Quality Management System is so vital in my job and the course helped me understand and encouraged me to be more productive and effective in delivering the demands and wants of customers and the department.

As an experienced technician I found some of the content a little basic. Overall it was well presented, engaging and very well manageable by being broken down into the modules.
