A couple of times I have had issues with accessing the assessment part of the course as after watching the videos they wouldn't mark as complete.Response : Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to let us know about the issue you experienced. After reviewing your account, we can see that the system did not register the videos as fully completed, which prevented access to the assessment. Please note that in order to unlock the assessment, the learning platform requires the video content to be watched in full. It appears there may have been an attempt to skip ahead, which the system does not allow and will result in the video not being marked as complete. We recommend allowing the video to play through to the end without skipping to ensure it registers correctly.
