Jamie delivered an excellent first aid training session. The course was well-structured, engaging, and easy to follow throughout. Jamie explained each topic clearly and used real-life examples to help reinforce understanding, which made the content more relatable and memorable. Their friendly and approachable teaching style created a comfortable learning environment, encouraging questions and participation from everyone. The practical demonstrations were particularly helpful and gave me confidence in applying the skills in real-life situations.
