I am very appreciative of the fact that there wasn't too much pressure placed on us and it was made clear from the start that we would be supported with any requests or concerns we may have. The training style was a 10/10. Give Vaughan a raise.

The venue and staff over all are friendly and helpful….our tutor Vaughan is so knowledgeable, I could listen to him all day, to learn from him. He cares about his profession and his learners.
