Best first aid course I’ve been to. John made it fun yet very interesting and I’ve left feeling a lot more confident with first aid than I’ve ever been. The venue was excellent and very central to shops for lunch and breaks, the only downside being the parking. Excellent overall though

Richard was engaging throughout the day considering course relatively long and the practicals were fun and informative.
Richard taught the course in an engaging manner with fun anecdotes, examples and good visuals. I enjoyed the interactive aspects - these have definitely increased my confidence in using these in a given situation.
