John was a great trainer. Made the course interesting. He was very knowledgeable. He made the training enjoyable. Everyone dreads training as it’s sometimes long and boring but with John as a trainer I wouldn’t mind going if he was the trainer next time. Funny guy who made everyone feel at ease with joining in group discussion, answering questions etc.

Excellent course which should be mandatory for ALL Council staff including casuals before they do their first shift.
