John, was a fantastic trainer! Plenty of visual and practical demonstrations. Along with sharing past experiences. John has a wonderful way of simplifying first aid. Really enjoyed this training and hope he delivers future training. Bonus with his funny sense of humour.

John was very knowledgeable of first Aid and situation that can arise in the leisure centres. I have found the training really useful and I feel it has given me a lot more confidence in my day-to-day role in the centre and daily life should a first aid situation arise.
